The villas and the luxury terraced homes have some attributes in common, such as attached two-car garages approximately on level with the home, one-story/no-stair floor plans for the main living areas, and spectacular views of the naturally beautiful Roseburg valley from their covered back decks. There are several floor plans available, designed with easy living in mind. Each of these main floor plans will have variations from which you can choose. You will also be able to select your interior carpet, countertops, cabinets, etc, so your new home will be just the way you want it. A gate at the bottom of Kennedy Drive will give all the luxury terraced homes and 18 of the villas more privacy.
The thirty-five Villas (approx. 1575 sq. ft. each) will be in single structures of two, three or four villas. Double-wall construction between the units will keep everyone's peace and quiet. The eight Luxury Terraced Homes (approx 2150 sq. ft. each) will each sit on their own deeded forty foot wide lots. These lots will be terraced in a row up a ridge with each lot being ten feet higher than the one below it, thereby giving each villa an absolutely spectacular valley view to the west over the villa below it. They'll also have great views to the north from their covered back verandas, which will overlook a wildlife area that drops away below them. Other than a few plantings in the courtyard, there'll be no yard work to take up your time.
The twenty-six deeded custom single family site-built spec homes and builder lots sit among stately old trees, and range from 7500 to 12,700 square feet. Most of the homes will have great views, and those few that don't will have forested wildlife areas behind them. These 26 homes will be a separate and peaceful neighborhood, and a gate at the entry to Reagan Street will provide additional privacy. Several of Roseburg's best builders have selected lots and have built spec homes, or if you prefer will build other customized homes on them for you. You also have the choice of choosing one of the open lots and deciding on your own builder. The two-car garages and architectural guidelines will make the homes very attractive. |
